Daniel Ferszt, President of Global Point Public Relations has been invited to speak on behalf of TDI Properties, Inc at the 13th Annual AAGLA Trade Show, this Wednesday, Oct. 21st. The seminar is based on the syndicated editorial “How to Keep 100% Occupancy In a Tough Economy,”  (developed by TDI Owner, Tzvi Ferszt - co written with Daniel Ferszt) and lays out comprehensive marketing strategies in today’s rental climate.

Over 1,000 people expected to attend… Gulp.

Jeff Richards (SNL, MAD TV) brings his all star list of comics to the stage in an all out fight against poverty. Asswax 4 Hunger will take place at the infamous Comedy Store this Thursday, September 17th at 8:30 PM. This special event, described as a “Non Conformist Comedy Benefit for World Hunger” will be hosted by Kato Kaelin. Celebrity comics confirmed so far are Ian Edwards(Comedy Central, Bad Boyz of Comedy), Chris Porter
(Last Comic Standing), Jordy Fox (Tom Green House Tonight), Jason Gillearn (The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live), Bobby Wheeler (The Oprah Winfrey Show), Shawn Halpin (Comedy Store Regular), Eleanor Kerrigan (Opening comic for Andrew Dice Clay) and a surprise special guest (past special guests include Dane Cook, Sarah Silverman, Kevin Nealon and Jeffrey Ross). This will be the 4th Asswax showcase, which has so far raised almost $10,000 for victims of hunger.

“People are hungry around the world,” says Richards. “I am hungry at this very moment…so many people don’t have refrigerators with cheese in them. This is a super important event that blends hunger pains with laughing pains”
